The hotel still undergo a renovation, location wise, its really good for transit (near airport train station)

air conditioner on all night but room was hotter than the streets, when i arrived (late) room was not ready and needed to be made up. tv had no working channels, water was not provided- had to purchase. building is literally still a construction site. pictures seem to be from their malaysian sister hotel and not the one in jakarta. towels smelt funky and i don’t think my bed sheets were actually changed 😂 do not recommend at all. maybe after building compliance has been carried out and after timber has been removed, but definitely not at the current state. staff were very friendly though thank you!

It was underconstruttion , all over massA/C was not working properly, intercom was dead,no room services,lift was to let and noisy,no hot water in bathroom

The elevator is old and dusty. The pathway going to the room is very dusty and it seems like the floor hasn’t been swept/mop for ages. The room is old. The pillows, towels and bedsheet looks dirty. The side tables are dusty. I do not suggest this hotel and will never book it again.

Hotel is under renovation thus some areas condition unclean. But overall this hotel is good.. Very close with airport train station BNI City

location is great near to mrt station, the hotel is undergoing maintenance so everything is dusty, the reception staff was gone for like half an hour during check out time

Worst experience, hotel not suitable for humans, it’s a scam, this is the only hotel that charges a penalty if you want to cancel due to dirtiness

There's a major renovation construction of the building and no information given during my booking.
The room is dirty, dusty and totally unacceptable if we can compare with other hotel on same range of price. Deposit upon check in also quite expensive ( same price of the hotel room price) with no service or ammeties that provided.
Not recommended to stay. Positive point is only the location of the hotel, right in the city centre and easy access to move around.
