Park Royal Serviced Suites Jakarta offers a luxurious stay with its spacious and well-appointed suites, providing a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Situated close to malls, such as Grand Indonesia Mall, it's an ideal choice for those looking to indulge in shopping and entertainment.
Suite located at very high floor, ours was 76th floor. Incredible experience.
For breakfast, not the normal buffet spread provided. They provide a menu that you may choose from. Quite limited choices and not halal certified.
One can easily grab to the mall. However, due to nearby construction, some drivers may find it challenging to navigate the area. Despite this, the hotel's attentive staff and excellent service ensure a pleasant experience for guests. Travelling to the international airport may take about 1.5 - 2hrs.
While the ongoing construction may cause minor inconveniences, the overall quality and convenience of Park Royal Serviced Suites make it a standout option for travelers visiting Jakarta.

New hotel with serviced suites well located next to the Grand Indonesia mall. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Beautiful view on the city. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had some nice dishes that could be ordered (In addition to the buffet). Attention point is that construction is still ongoing in the building (ground floor so we did not hear it in the rooms). Would book again when coming to Jakarta !

A Very new hotel with great location. Facilities are super great including the food, gym and swimming pool.
However, since it is new hotel, the hallway and the lift have no AC which can be unbearable if your lift stops at every level. The shower’s tiling in both toilets need more TLC and better maintenance. It is because the water (after you showered) would be stagnant and it just failed to flow to the drain, creating yucky smell. And it is just simply unhygienic and create unpleasant sight.
I hope the management can look into this because both toilets face the same problems.

Nice room and amenities
Noisy exhaust fan from bathroom can a nuisance as it can’t be switched off .. a droning noise detractor for a good nite sleep.. !
Lack of signage can be difficult for taxi driver to reach the hotel for pick up.. easy fix in due time if management works on it.
