We checked in early so they charged 500rs for that but that is fine. Then I wanted the room for 4 hours only and for that they charged full day price plus the early check in charge. Even after charging so much, the geyser was not working, the window glasses were broken and the wooden flooring was chipped and the chair was also broken.

Very nice clean place.with helpful reception and staff..all was upto the mark.only required is better breakfast choice, which was limited in variety.......near to Karol bagh market and metro station. I hope to be back soon on my next visit.

Rooms are good .. food quality is very good, The service was good .. Mukesh is cooperate and helping person.. overall very good experience .. Restaurant Ambiance is also good.. restaurant staff also cooperative.. Overall a very good experience with hotel Rupam

Small compact rooms and more compact toilets Have to deal with cockroaches now and then. If staying for longer be prepared to be served same 3-4 items every day. Please offer more breakfast items. All the staff at the reception are cooperative and cordial.

The hotel is in a very good location. I liked the food there very much, the staff is very helpful, especially Jeevan Singh's way of talking is very nice. He is a very open person. The entire front office staff of the hotel is very nice and helpful. No matter how much I praise the hotel staff, it is too little. According to me, one thing needs to be changed that the linen that you give to the guest in the room should be kept in a basket and the linen should be kept in a trolley so that it can be maintained hygienically. all the best to all staff. keep it up. thank you so much.

The hospitality of the staff in general and the personal attention to our comfort by Mr.Peter were the highlights of our memorable stay at Hotel Rupam. These apart, the room we stayed was spacious with cleanly maintained toilets and the food was also very good. The best we could get for our budget.

I stayed there since 2 years and its very near to market place so i like location of rupam hotel. All staff are very friendly and co-operative special specially Mr. Ra***bhai who always supportive and fulfilled our need. I suggest everyone for this hotel. MUST STAY

Room is nice , there Resturent very good . Main thing if this hotel there ***ager services is excellent. I think mama er name was Mr Peter another one mr Mukesh they both are nice for customers. There lift is very small other all thing are good ..
