Before booking the property, the front desk told me the pool was heated. It was not. Breakfast buffet has sadly gone downhill. The kids still enjoyed the buffet. One of the rooms was supposed to have 2 queen sized beds , but the beds wero only 2 double beds ,aking sleeping a bit croeded.

The floors were not cleaned, there was no soap available to wash dishes. We were a little disappointed because of that. The staff was excellent!

Muy recomendable, lindas habitaciones y la ropa de cama de muy buena calidad, regresaría sin problemas al mismo hotel nos gusto mucho, buen desayuno.

Excelente atención del personal desde que llegamos al hotel, el desayuno estaba muy rico, la piscina a pesar de ser agua fría no se sentía tanto ya que el calor la calienta un poco, el hotel es PET Friendly muy limpio y el servicio a cuarto así como limpieza fueron excelentes

Buena estancia, solo sigue habiendo problemas con las tarjetas, no se si se desprograman o que pasa pero de repente no hay acceso, el aire de la habitacion que me toco no enfriaba correctamente, pase calor
