This hotel had bed bugs and I woke up with bites all over my face, back, arms. Then, when I reported this to the front desk, they stated they would "take care of it" and didn't offer any refund. When we called back later, demanding a refund, we were hung up on twice and basically told that we had brought the bugs in with us (not true). It took several days of calling to reach the manager, finally, who offered a refund. Absolutely abhorrent service and response to a legitimate customer complaint (and public health issue).
