The service was good, and the room was clean. Although it's a bit far from Mactan Airport, it's located near the pier and some malls, so it's still in a good location.

The room is clean but there’s a weird smell in the room. I love that the location is accessible to lots of establishments including restaurants, bars and cafes which I enjoyed. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. It’s good that they have free use of gym and there’s a spa in the building. I believe they should upgrade their shower tho because it’s not functional.

Good location and value for money, but the place is infested with cockroaches.
The moment you switch off the light they appear in large numbers in bathroom and across the room.

HONEST REVIEW AND AWARENESS FOR THE FUTURE CUSTOMERS.This app displays incorrect information for this Room 302. Room is DIRTY.
No refrigerator, no in-room safe—according to the receptionist, the details on trip.com are simply incorrect because none of their rooms have these features. I asked if there was another room I could transfer to, and they responded no because all rooms have been reserved.
Around 7-8 a.m., the water in my shower abruptly stopped. When I called the receptionist, they said they would have someone fix it. I didn't wait because I needed to run errands and was in a hurry. Fortunately, the water service was working when I returned around 4 p.m. But, if I remember correctly, I never received a single apology for the inconvenience. Overall, this is not recommended.
