The hotel is located in a dirty alcove. You have to climb 20 slippery dusty stained marble stairs that are missing a runner to get to the lobby. The more steep stairs to get to your tiny room. I would not recommend. The staff are unfriendly and lack any kind of personality.

Great location, near all the main sights in Catania. Public transportation also easily accessible from the property. Average room, spacious for one or two. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Once you hauled your luggage up the steps you are greeted by friendly staff. Our room was large with a balcony overlooking the main street. The breakfast was good and even though it was in the centre of town it was quiet.

La Collegiata is not fancy but it is a great value. The staff are friendly and it is only a minute from University plaza and Aetna street. The entrance is up a flight of stairs (no elevator) and is a bit dark and dingy but the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

Good service and good location but room 101 is right by the door and guests don’t get to keep their keys, all guests must buzz the doorbell so it is heard all day, not ideal.

Posizione ideale per chi vuole vivere il dedalo folcloristico e vitale delle strade del centro di Catania! Accoglienza calda e curata, stanza ampia e comoda...fatevi consigliare dallo staff per ogni esigenza, sapranno trovare la soluzione migliore per accontentarvi! Esperienza stra consigliata!

カターニア市内観光の中心地にあり、どこへも徒歩で行けます。建物の外側の部屋なら人通りが見えるのでしょうが、私は内側（かつ、ホテル入り口の真横）だったので窓からは何も見えませんでした。窓を開けても薄暗く、上の階の音やホテルに出入りする音がかなり響き、ホテル内でゆっくり過ごしたいという人向けではないです。しかし、夜は静かで、部屋は清潔ですし、スタッフも親切なので、日中は観光して寝るだけで良いけど、汚い安宿は嫌だという人にはオススメです。

Consigliatissimo. Location in pieno centro con vista su tutta via Etnea con l'Etna sullo sfondo. Ambiente pulito, camere ampie e silenziose. È poi c'è il personale, mbeh il personale meriterebbe ben altro che una semplice recensione ma tant’è. Non ti fanno sentire casa, di piú, non ti trattano bene, di piú, simpatici con una gentilezza che non è di facciata ma è innata con un'attenzione al cliente ed alle sue esigenze che non è il semplice espletamento di un dovere. É che sono siciliani, tutto un altro mondo!
