Hôtel plutôt propre par rapport à ses alentours. Métro et bus à proximité.

Stayed For 1 night but could not have stayed any longer.. Room was ok (big) but need some renovations, especially the bathroom. Trash was still full with pizza boxes from previous guests The windows are small , with direct view on the neighbours balcony. Breakfast was one of the worst I experienced: just some cakes and yoghurt and a bottle of water. No juice, no ham or cheese, no pastries. Hot beverages served from the clerk at the reception. Staff was nice, but offered a poor customer service all along. There are definitely better options in Catania . Never again for me

Alla richiesta di un cuscino aggiuntivo non avevano nessun cuscino a disposizione. Pessimo modo di accogliere i clienti Il cuscino in dotazione era come se non ci fosse . Consiglierei di prendersi carico del problema a chi di competenza . E’ assurdo

Un buon hotel ma sicuramente non è un quattro stelle ma un ottimo tre stelle. Personale gentile camera pulita nota negativa nella doccia uno strato arancione penso fosse calcare.

Vergogna!!! Dopo aver prenotato il giorno prima ci presentiamo alle 21,30 e ci dicono che la prenotazione non c'era perché il dipendente del giorno prima lo aveva dimenticato. La cosa ancora più vergognosa che nonostante fossimo con due bambini piccoli il portiere ci risponde che non può fare niente e alla richiesta di almeno indicarci un altro albergo ci dice che non può aiutarci. Tutto ciò nonostante gli avessimo detto che eravamo lì perché il bambino l'indomani mattina avrebbe avuto un intervento chirurgico. ASSOLUTAMENTE da EVITARE.

Personnel sympathique et serviable, parking possible. Petit déjeuner non testé. Chambre un peu exiguë mais bien entretenue et fonctionnelle

Buona struttura caratterizzata dalla enorme gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, attentissimi ad ogni richiesta molto educati e professionali. Ottima scelta per eventi allo stadio in quanto distano 5 minuti a piedi. Grazie da tutti noi

Bellissima residenza d'epoca situata nel cuore di Catania a pochi passi dal centro storico. Curato nei minimi dettagli, camere ampie e spaziose, silenziosissimo, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Dispone addirittura di camere dotate di cucina a scomparsa e forno a microonde. Sono rimasta particolarmente colpita dal design delle docce, quasi da spa. Il personale è gentilissimo e simpaticissimo pronto ad esaudire ogni richiesta: senza l'aiuto di Dimitri non sarei riuscita neppure a ripartire. Tornerò sicuramente per piacere. Consigliatissimo.
