Good location is the only positive. Be careful when you take a shower, the drain is like a hole. Unfortunately I didn't realise how deep it was and I hit tiles with my toes. Very painful. Breakfast wasn't the nicest, very little effort from owners in comparison to other places we have stayed and it smelled in our room, drains.

We stayed for 1 night. We had alerted days in advance the management that there was a gluten-allergic guest. We repeated this at the moment of check in. Yet, when we came for breakfast the morning after, the receptionist in charge i) did not know about the allergy, ii) let us wait a long time before doing anything, iii) came back with some meager cracker, iv) when I complained for the service, I was told that there were also egg-free biscuits (with gluten: which indicates that she did not know what gluten is), and, best of all, v) she tried to justify her behavior because the colleague told her to have over-heard us complaining with each other about the hotel the day before (which was not true, and anyway would not justify poor service from their side).

Por necesidad tuve q pedir ayuda a la señora q está al frente en la recepción del hotel, y no solo me trató mal y me gritó, sino q me echó del lugar de manera muy violenta. Agradezco q no haya estado hospedada en ese hotel. La señora no me dejó q le explicara nada. Una maleducada total. No lo recomiendo.

Un grand merci a toute l'équipe pour leur aide et leur accueil, des chambres spacieuses, confortables tres propres et joliment décorées, buffet petit déjeuner complet et copieux, un personnel a votre service et a votre écoute une gérante extraîmement gentille et sympathique qui fait tout pour rendre votre séjour agréable.

A entrada é bem feia é escura o elevador é minúsculo, só uma mala para subir. As moças da recepção são muito prestativas. O café é bem básico, com bolos industrializados. O quarto é muito bom e a localização excelente. Para estacionar carro, tem uma rua próxima que pode parar com um pequeno custo, difícil de encontrar vaga, mas conseguimos todos os quatro dias.

Siamo appena rientrati a casa dopo 3 giorni trascorsi nella splendida Catania, con visite a Taormina e Siracusa. Siamo una coppia con un bambino di 6 anni. La scelta di questa struttura si è rivelata strategica per posizione, grandissima gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Scendere e trovarsi vicino a tutto ciò che Catania ha da offrire, è impagabile... Il palazzo storico è in una zona bellissima e servitissima ed è ideale per tutti gli ospiti, che abbiano bambini o meno! ci torneremo molto volentieri!

Abbiamo soggiornato la scorsa settimana al moon light hotel, ringrazio Mariagrazia e il suo staff che ci hanno accolto con professionalità e ospitalità veramente eccellente. Sempre disponibili e sorridenti ci hanno dato consigli di ogni genere! Le camere sono spaziose arredate con attenzione al cliente è davvero comode. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Catania e dintorni il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo consigliatissimo! Per quanto riguarda i lati negativi che non hanno comunque influito sul soggiorno posso dire che la camera risentiva dei rumori del centro città, il tutto non ha influito sull’ottimo soggiorno considerata la posizione dell’hotel è il palazzo storico dell’800 con finiture di pregio e ben conservate. Complimenti continuate così !

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questa struttura e mi sono trovata benissimo! Stanze ampie e confortevoli, ben arredate, con letti molto comodi e molto pulite! Gentilissimo e molto professionale il personale, molto attento alle richieste degli ospiti! Buona la colazione e molto comoda e funzionale la posizione della struttura per la vicinanza a molti ristoranti,bar e negozi e per visitare il centro di Catania e raggiungere le principali attrazioni! Consigliato!
