The hotel is right at the Cardiff Centre and 5 minutes walk from Queen Street Station. The services are good and staff are very friendly. A very decent restaurant as well, would stay here again if I ever come to visit Cardiff in the future.

Prime location, lovely layout and friendly staff. The room was well presented. However, the hotel food really let the experience down. Namely as there is a £6 add-on charge for room service which isn’t advertised clearly enough! Imagine my shock when I went to pay. The pizza was very average too.
So in all £23 for a pizza that I probably could’ve made better myself. Insanity.

I felt very welcomed when entering the hotel and checking in. The room and bed were both relatively large and spacious for two people, as was the shower. My personal observation was that the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner but overall the room and the entire hotel was in very good condition.
