Swansea City Centre

The only 2 lifts were not in service at the same time. Luckily the staffs there were pretty helpful. However, they accidentally charged me an extra cost though the amount of money was returned eventually but I hope that similar things won’t happen to other customers in the future Rooms were spacious!👍🏻

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Have no complaints

酒店房間大，設施該有的都有，員工熱情，入住期間電梯經常維修，要走樓梯。旁邊有很多飯店餐飲，超市也不遠。遊艇碼頭走路距離。綜合來説，性價比很高。

central location and car park next door. near to town centre and marina staff welcoming and polite throughout staff despite being busy comfortable room satisfactory evening meal. good choice at breakfast slow wifi quicker with own data

Booked breakfast cos there were 12 of us but when we got there, the food trays were empty. It took us 20 mins to wait for scrambled eggs! Coffee was cold, fruit was bruised, nothing was filled. Absolute shambles. When asking for food, the staff looked like we were asking them to buy it not refill it! The manager was a peach. She apologised profusely and offered us a refund. Would definitely stay there again but would maybe eat breakfast elsewhere

Staff- were very friendly and helpful if you are not familiar with the area, Room- bed was very comfortable and room was very spacious with a sofa by the window, toilet was ok size and had a rain shower(downside; no toilet roll just tissue in a box), room temperature only went as low as 19degrees C so got a bit hot at night but room was very quiet so very nice sleep, nice little kettle with the norm but only enough for 2 cups so have to pop to reception to re-stock. Food/restaurant- staff were decent and friendly, breakfast food was a continental style drinks - apple, cranberry, orange, water, coffee maker and tea. Pastry counter- muffin blubbery, croissant, chocolate pastry, crumpets, brow/white bread toaster etc etc. Main cooking area- sausage egg-scrambled or fried- bacon, beans and black pudding everything you want for breakfast basically not to mention fridge stuff and cereal. This was very tasty compared to previous hotel breakfasts I have had so well played to the chef. Dinner was basic pizzas burgers and deserts, not much in way of dinner choices but it’s in the deal so it’s perfect and get a free pint too. All in all great stay as 5 mins away from everything however -1 as they only have a pay car park on site and my van got damaged there so please take pics of your vehicle before leaving it for the night.

Stayed for the one night, there for Bruce Dickinson concert nearby, very good location, nice big clean room, spare towels which we haven't had in other Premier inn's, nice staff, lots of hot water in powerful shower, would stay again in the area, right next to the car park too.
