Great Hotel in Castellon. Staff were amazing and accommodating. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Walkable cafes, restaurants, bakeries, parks, church, shopping all around the hotel. A must stay if you find yourself in Castellon.

Very professional and friendly staff, but the small uncomfortable room and high pricing left us feeling disappointed and somewhat ripped off and unfortunately this is all I know remember about our short stop in this town.

The hotel was perfect for our short-trip. The breakfast was good, the service nice and the connection to the city and the trainstation was very good.

City centre hotel.
Nice public areas, room comfortable but dated.
Also, very noisy from adjacent rooms.

Customer service was appalling. Attitude to simple requests such as basic level requirements was not addressed properly and the staff showed no concern for their guest's relative comfort level. Ask do you have a charger for an iPhone ' no' - Is the bar closed 'si'. No emotional awareness - What It Is and Why You Need It! flabbergasted I was.
