Hi!! Tenuta La Lupa is a good place in Le Badie (in the midle of La Toscana, near Castellina Marítima. The breakfast is wonderfull. The beds was ok too. But the rooms a little bit noisy ... They have a restaurante but when I went was closed. Thanks for all

B&B Tenuta la Lupa is een prachtige b&b met mooie kamers. Schoon, ruim en met airco. Men wordt zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen. De ontbijt ruimte is heel mooi gemaakt met een uitzicht naar drie windstreken. Deze mensen maakten van een oud klooster een fantastisch verblijf. Zeer veel waar voor je geld. Zeer zeker een aanrader!

Unfortunately me and my 6 years old son had a car accident in Florence (were hit by a car on a footway) and had to spend several nights at the Meyer clinic there. The host did not pity us, and did not allow to cancel the last night (a single one! out of 4 we booked) at the hotel. How can one be so greedy and feel no sympathy for guests? We will never ever visit this hotel again and would not recommend it to our friends/family.

At only 10 km from the seaside, it offers a pleasant place where to rest in the middle of Tuscany countryside. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the service of the hosting family is perfect and the breakfast is one of the best I have experienced in such place. The price was amazingly low

They have online a wood stair, no elevator, and the noise was terrible. It was no possible sleep and relax. we complained to the owners but to no avail. the problem of noisy stairs is general and should be reported at the time of booking. if I had known before I would not have booked this B&B, even considering the price !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per poter visitare Rosignano Marittima e Rosignano Solvey. Iniziamo col dire che i proprietari sono fantastici, simpatici e disponibili. La camera con mobili essenziali ma il bagno nuovo e il tutto molto pulito, nota negativa, che forse la camera era chiusa da un pò, perché c'era proprio un forte odore di chiuso, e poco insonorizzata, perché com'è stato bello svegliarsi con il cinguettio egli uccellini, un pò meno sentire il trambusto degli altri ospiti dopo. La tenuta si trova in aperta campagna in posizione fantastica , un ampio giardino con piscina con vista sulla valle degli etruschi. Spettacolare davvero. La colazione ci è stata servita dal proprietario con la simpatia tipica dei toscani, con prodotti locali e dolci fatti in casa, il tutto buonissimo. Chi volesse delle uova fritte o affettati, sono da ritenersi extra. Ma credo che la colazione sia più che abbondante e buona così com'è. Ci hanno fatto trovare dell' acqua nel frigobar, io lo consiglio assolutamente. Abbiamo pagato 70 euro compresa la colazione, direi ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se avremo occasione ci torneremo sicuramente.

Hôte super gentil Chambres propres Cadre reposant Bonne localisation si vous êtes en voiture, proche de Pise, Livourne, Volterra. Cinque Terre est plus loin mais faisable (1h15 en voiture). Et la plage est à 15 minutes.

Pulizia,disponibilità e gentilezza. Abbiamo alloggiato per due notti,è devo dire è andato tutto ok. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Peccato per via delle condizioni meteorologiche non avete potuto usufruire della piscina. Consigliato
