Beautiful new hotel. Great location near the airport. Shuttle bus runs regularly
Food in the restaurant is excellent.

初めての1人イタリア旅行でこちらのホテルを利用しました。
このサイトに乗っている電話番号は恐らく使えないので、シャトルバスを呼ぶ場合はこのホテルのホームページに行くほうがいいです。
マルペンサ空港T1の5番出口前でシャトルバスが来ます。
おそらく電話しないと来てくれない？システムなのかなと思います。電話ではほぼイタリア語で名前と人数を聞かれます。
1度乗るのに1人5ユーロかかります、精算はホテルチェックイン時に請求されました。
ホテル内はとても清潔で、窓からの景色も悪くはありません。
あちこちにUSBポートがあるので最悪ヨーロッパのCコンセント変換プラグを忘れてもスマートフォンなどは何とかなります。
ドライヤーはとても強力なものがありました！
水の入った瓶とコーヒーメーカーが置いてあり、コーヒーと紅茶が飲めます。ミルクや砂糖もありました。
ただ残念？だったのは電話対応がほぼイタリア語だった事です。
あと、全部屋なのかは分かりませんが、ベットがびっくりするくらい高い位置にあるので足腰が悪い人、怪我している人は少し注意が必要かも知れません。
枕はふわふわで最高でした！(枕沢山ありました)
電波が恐ろしく悪いのでホテルのWiFiしか使えないので注意してください。

離機場一步之遙，雖然google maps顯示可以步行到達，但是其實是走在高架上面，完全不可行。酒店很新，很科技。半夜到達，前台也有熱情工作人員安排入住。可以預約酒店專車送去機場，5歐/人。

建議還是住機場內的飯店吧
這個飯店很新，設施還算是智能，床非常的高，蠻有趣的
這家也是少數有附礦泉水的飯店
飯店距離機場有五分鐘的車程
若從飯店叫車需5歐（T1)，若該時段滿了則需要付20歐（T1)叫taxi
綜合來說還是住機場內的飯店舒服

同等價格，和國內沒法比。但是床挺舒服，就是房間衹有1瓶水，其餘要購買。

Last minute booking due to a flight cancellation... What a find!! A really wonderful hotel with great staff. Rooms were so clean and comfortable! Food was amazing and the drinks from the bar were so reasonably priced!! Highly recommend 👍🏻

Modern and clean, well located. The rooms are small but were efficient for the purpose of staying one night before our flight. The service at the front desk and restaurant was lacking. Young and inexperienced staff, very cold and indifferent.. not the level of service I’m accustomed to in other Accor hotels.

This is a beautiful, new hotel with great design, so close to the airport. The patio is just amazing. Breakfast was nice with a good quality products (for example taleggio cheese, which I have not found in other hotels for breakfast). Breakfast experience was complemented by perfect cappuccino made by Giorgia. I definitely come back and hope that pool will be open soon.

Top location for an early flight/late arrival at Malpensa Airport The Hotel is new, clean and stylish. The Room is bigger than most Tribe Hotel in the world, offer Coffee and Tee facilities so even if you wake up early, you can enjoy a good Espresso
