This is the second time we have stayed at this location and it again didn’t disappoint. Front desk representative was friendly. This property is clean and welcoming. The rooms are spacious. They have the perfect lighting in them. The beds are probably one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The shower is absolutely amazing. Great breakfast. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Grand Rapids.

Pickup was over an hour late. The driver was very rude and then dropped us over at the north hotel rather the south.

Love how close to the Airport this Hotel is. The Hotel is super clean and quiet, the lighting in the room was bright. Reasonable rates. We will definitely be back!!

Far surpassed expectations. Complete an varied breakfasts, 3 day stay, business center to scan and print.
