The view is extremely good. I booked a normal room with trip.com saying ‘sea view’. But apparently its a mistake, the room is not sea view but garden view. Contacted the reception they admit its a mistake shown on trip.com but they happily changed a sea view room for us. Beautiful view and nice breakfast provided. Highly recommended. Staff are helpful and friendly.

From 1st entering the hotel reception, the staff were friendly, helpful and informed. The weather outside was miserable, but the staff made our stay excellent. A beautiful hotel in an amazing location, and would recommend everyone to this on their bucket list. Defo will be going back.

Very nice 5-star hotel overlooking the sea and caves. Friendly staff especially those serving at the restaurants. Look forward to staying again.

Great location in Carvoeiro, easy walking to the town center. The hotel is perfect: location, amazing breakfast with great variety of food, pool, bar and view.

Hotel has great facilities and was very clean, though we were disappointed to realise that due to unsafe cliffs, it no longer offered direct access to the beach. Service should really be improved for such an expensive hotel: 1. Reception gave us 2 twin beds even though we specifically made a request at booking for double bed 2. Restaurants got my coffee orders wrong on multiple occasions throughout the stay 3. During the saturday bbq night, the hostess Priscilla made up a poor excuse not to give us a poolside table even though we were one of the earliest guests there. Her excuse was the remaining poolside tables were reserved for 4 families with dogs. We didn't see a single dog during the entire course of 2 hours, and the tables were given away to other couples for reasons unknown. This incident really upset us, and the fact that she had the audacity to make up such an excuse is appalling. 4. Gratuity was charged at 7.5% for every item, which is fine but what left a bad taste in the mouth is the hotel did it without informing customers upfront.

What an amazing visit! Went to Tivoli Carvoeiro to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday and the attention we received from everyone at the hotel was first class. All the staff went above and beyond what was expected of them which made the experience so memorable and special.

Nice hotel and location is good with stunning view. Nice breakfast.

One of the best stays in Europe vacation.. view was stunning and enjoyed every bit of our time there.. breakfast spread was amazing and sparkling wine included was cherry on top.. highly recommended ..unfortunately pool was under renovation during our however no complaints since the weather was too cold to enjoy swimming pool
