Uitstekende service. Gastheer maakt het verblijf een aangename plek om te verblijven. Lokatie is prima om Getsemani en historische centrum te bezoeken. Kom graag terug.

Een enorme gastvrijheid ervaren van de hele staf en vooral de eigenaar ‘Leo’ is super klantvriendelijk. Leo voor president; hij is de koning…! Hij heette ons ook welkom in zijn huis in Bogota. Wij heten hem welkom als hij ooit naar Utrecht komt. Kamers met airco. Niet heel groot, wel goed schoon. Mooie centrale en rustige plek in de wijk. Gracias por todo.

Was een heerlijk verblijf De mensen van het hotel waren zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt . Toen ik vertrok was ik wat vergeten dat hebben ze bewaard tot ik weer terug was .

Good location. Super helpful hotel. Very accommodating with holding on to our luggage and helping us with tea at night. We heard the party bus a few times but it magically got quiet when it was time to sleep. Efficient AC. Comfortable bed. The welcome juice is very appreciated! There is no hot water but they warned us many times and we knew about it. The bathroom is a bit run down but we understand it’s an old building. Breakfast could use some improvement (pancakes were very sad). More fruits would be welcome.

What a fabulous stay. All the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and Cristian especially was such a gem. Nothing was too much trouble. Great rooftop area with views of the castle. The hotel is just beautifully decorated and rooms big, cool and comfortable. Excellent location, would highly recommend.

The place is nice but the entrance is a bit annoying and out of the way. You have to ring a bell to come in and have the staff open the door to get out. No big deal but I wish I could just come and go as I please without having to bother anyone.

Pros: great location for exploring Getsemani, super friendly staff, affordable, rooftop terrace, free breakfast was served, and having a check out time of 1pm was really nice.
Cons: wifi didn’t work in our room for majority of the time and room doesn’t block out sound from outside so it’s a little difficult for light sleepers in the early morning and night.
*no hot water, but the lukewarm water was definitely not a problem with the hot climate of Cartagena
