Hotel Hernandez Ctg

Hotel was a good deal price-wise but the surrounding area was very noisy and even though the windows were always closed, they didn’t buffer anything at all. Room had a good size but was quite dirty upon arrival. It looked like some liquid spill was not cleaned on one side of the beds. Staff was friendly but no one spoke any English which made it a bit difficult (despite me speaking some Spanish). Breakfast was nice and always freshly made. It was weird though that it changed from buffet-style to made-to-order in the 5 days I stayed. I also consistently got smaller portions of foods/beverages than others. Not sure why.

Budget hotel, nice and friendly staff, cafeteria Vith a nice the sea view, breakfast, near to the beatch.

Remoldinling was going on at the moment and it started early and didn’t get no sleep.

Customer service very good service

Horrendous from start to finish. There were 4 staff at reception, each one of them so rude when we arrived. Any basic question we asked was met with absolute distain. What was worse was they were openly sneering at us in Spanish. My husband couldn't take it anymore and challenged them on this. They seemed surprised that someone would actually call them out on it. They made some ridiculous excuse and toned it down (they didnt stop) but really the treatment we both had was unlike anything we've ever experienced at a hotel. Rooms - filled with ants, shower had no hot water. Water turned on randomly numerous times during the night. Beds hard as a rock. Breakfast - close to disgusting would be the best way to describe it. Not edible. One nice lady trying to serve everyone, totally understaffed. Area - filled with vendors who shout at you and become aggressive when you do not buy their products. We booked two nights but left after one night with no refund, genuinely the worst hotel experience I've had after travelling and staying in hotels in 75 countries. AVOID.

O hotel tem TV e frigobar, porém ambos não funcionam! No café da manhã fica um funcionário controlando o que os hóspedes comem, e esses chamam atenção dos hóspedes caso queiram repetir algo! Horrível esse tratamento! Não volto e nem recomendo para ninguém!

Me asignaron una habitacion muy sucia, con un olor a humedad insoportable, solicite cambio, lo hicieron pero fue igual, mi estadia estaba planeada para 3 dias, decidi cambiarme de hotel y solicitar la devolucion del dinero de las noches restantes

Tommy nos recibió muy bien, nos permitió hacer check in temprano, nos ayudó con la maleta al octavo piso. Fue excelente. El hotel está en remodelación y estrenamos habitacion

Buena estancia en cuanto a servicio del personal, pero incomodidad por la actual remodelación del hotel. Los colchones de las camas demasiado rígidos e incómodos al igual que las almohadas, estaría excelente si hacen esos cambios.
