Hermoso lugar para hosped**** muy recomendado, las personas que atienden son muy amables, la habitación muy cómoda, exelente servicio 100% recomendado para unas excelentes vacaciones.

Regulier hotel in de wijk Getsemaní (centrum van Cartagena). Het pand is een charmant huis in de centrale wijk Cartagena. De kamer waarin we verbleven, tegenover de receptie, was standaard, maar had geen raam, geen deken en het water in de douche was koud. Ik geloof echter dat de andere kamers, met uitzicht op de kleine binnenplaats, beter zijn. Er is geen parkeergelegenheid op het terrein, maar er is een 24-uursparkeerplaats op 150 meter afstand. Hoe dan ook, het was goed voor een enkele nacht, vooral voor de locatie en prijs.

Hotel is in a relative quiet part of Getsemani, across Osh Hotel. Attended a conference and for the last night the conference hotel (Osh) was full. Room was very basic and clean. Internet and AC worked perfect. Some rooms do not have a window, my room had one but the view is inside the hotel and there was no glass, so kept it closed. Did not try the breakfast, because had to leave early to catch a flight. Mini markets, restaurants and bars on walking distance. A laundry is adjacent to the Hotel.

I had a great stay. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds are a little uncomfortable and if you bring in a guest from outside there is a small fee. Overall I am very pleased with this hotel and i would definitely stay here again.

I just recently stayed here for 7 nights. I have to say, the rooms are incredibly clean. They have everything that you need: towels (changed daily), bed, desk, functional bathroom, and a working safe for your valuable items. This hotel also has good wifi and no shortage of hot water (which is hard to come by).The property is located in Getsemani so you can walk pretty much anywhere with endless restaurant choices. However, the bed was hard as a rock. So hard, in fact, my hips and back were sore for the whole week and it interrupted my sleep. The hotel is very loud and with big gaps in the trim around the doors, the sound comes right into your room. Breakfast was ok-limited choices (which I totally understand) the coffee was very good, but the glass of juice given to me had ants crawling around the rim of it.

The rooms smelled of insecticide
Rooms not sealed so mosquitoes bite all night One of my bites got infected
Poor water pressure in shower Ants crawling in the kitchen can’t be healthy

The room was spacious for three people, but the restroom is very tiny. The hotel, specially, the rooms need improvements. It is located in Getsemani, near by a very stormy, and nosy street where people stroll along the whole day. Let me recommend do not, by no means, allow you to assign you rooms on the first floor, the kitchen is right in the middle of the property and the absurd noise wakes you up starting around 5:00 AM.

Did not look like what I booked. Wanted to like it because the lady at check-in was nice. But then it was not suitable to stay there.
