Nice Hilton! Property was clean and the employees were friendly. I didn’t have hot water in my shower and the phone stop working. The jacuzzi wasn’t hot at all but everything else was nice!

Nice hotel. The breakfast was great! The clams and spaghetti was terrible. Do not order it. The rest of the food was decent. Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The pools are nice.

I loved everything about this hotel! The staff was so helpful and nice especially Valentina at the front desk. It’s honestly in the best spot, close to everything! Felt very safe walking around the town. The room was cleaned everyday, beautiful views, great drinks at the bar pool and great food too! Definitely staying here again when I come back to Cartagena.

Wonderful hotel, bright and clean rooms, beautiful view from the window. Very friendly staff, 4 wonderful pools, from deep (2 meters) to shallow, for children. There is a private beach (no need to pay specially for access to the sea). Inside the hotel there are several souvenir shops and a currency exchange office with a good, fair exchange rate.
The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The food at breakfast (included) is good, but if you want to order something for lunch or dinner, be prepared that the food will be undercooked, almost half-raw. And the hotel restaurant has very high prices. There are excellent restaurants within a two-minute walk from the hotel, where the food is delicious and the prices are half the price.

staff at the beach did not work for the hotel and over charge me for drinks. hotel charge $422.78 for my stay and payment was already made to *******. i need a refund from hotel. also hotel told me they dont have double room king bed. i was given a standard room.
