The hotel was great but the beach in front of the hotel is closed so we had to walk about 2 blocks. It’s not ideal since you see the hotel advertised as beachfront. It would have been nice to know the beach was closed.

Fue un hotel muy bueno me gustó la vista de la habitación tenía todo agua caliente la comida fue muy completa y muy variada y no me gustó mucho la atención de las chicas siempre tenían como mal genio pero pero todo estuvo perfecto la vista la vista del bar fue perfecta en la noche la lista la habitación fue muy bonita la comida el almuerzo todo estuvo perfecto las bebidas en la piscina los pasabocas en la piscina puedo darle un nueve de 10

Rooms were huge and beds were very large and comfortable. Fantastic beach across the street. Building is aging and not super clean. Some staff were not super nice.

This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had dirty stinky facility. Refuse to answer phone or address problems. Cable tv didn’t work, no cleaning, no towels, no water. They would hang up and not answer or anything

Wifi was out during most of my stay. It was difficult to call the front desk. Nobody answered when I tried 3 times. And check-in took forever. There were numerous people working at the front desk, but only one person was actually checking people in. Some of the others seemed to just be standing around visiting each other.

The staff was incredible nice very professional always ready to help I left a bag of clothes and they washed for me that was nice very nice customer service is so nice and professional so not 5 stars 1000 for them thanks and I'll be visiting you soon

Nice hotel and excellent service attitude, there was humidity all over the hotel facilities and in the room, the water was dripping from the walls and the windows
