All ok but no pool in use. It said seasonal use only but we presumed that the beginning of october would still be busy/warm enough but it wasn’t to be

Ona Las Lomas Manga Club appears to be past its prime and has been superseded by other properties in the greater La Manga Club area. However, it was quiet (seemed almost dead/deserted), the staff were friendly, and the pool was nice. Note that there is no WiFi. We were able to drive over to La Manga Club to enjoy dinner at one of the restaurants and avail ourselves of the grocery store there. After a week and a half of traveling throughout Spain, it was strange to encounter an area where almost all of the fellow visitors we met, as well as some of the workers, were speaking (British) English. It would be nice if the front desk were open later for late arrivals/check-ins (it closes at 5 PM).

We stayed in the same apartment 6 years ago and it's 6 years older. no improvements have been made, it's probably gone backwards. Looks tired and it lacks the basics, e.g. tea spoons, tea towels, cork screw, information book for the resort, etc. Also, there is no transportation like there used to be (at time of writing), which is a problem as you're 25 mins walk from the main areas of the resort - even though the location on google is listed near the hotel, and even the description lists the apartment being "1 minute walk from la manga club" which is extremely misleading. We didn't want to same apartment, we wanted something on the other side of the resort! Having said all that, the resort is lovely and we'll be going back.

Check in information is confusing and contradictory. Tried to check in at 11am, told room would be ready at 4pm. Went back at 4pm to huge queue which is the result of check in only being open for one hour. We were told our room was not ready and that it would be 15mins. We waited and waited but room was still not ready. Many other people in same situation. Others coming back to reception complaining about the condition of their room and lack of electricity. Gave up and asked for a refund which was provided and we left and did not stay overnight.

Hade beställt 2 rums lgh fick en rums lgh som senare ändrades. Men checka in oxch få fel storlek. Inte bra.

Pedimos reserva para 3 y solo había una recámara planta baja y un sofá abajo en pésimas condiciones sin resortes ni sábanas ni colchas y pusieron solo dos toalla ..

Parque infantil completo. Pero cerrado. Piscina agua oscura no se podía bañar. Muy mal mantenido todo.

Hôtel placé entre Carthagène et la ville balnéaire La Manga si particulière avec sa bande de terre en pleine mer. Chambre spacieuse et de bonne facture. Douche très propre et moderne. Quelques détails pour améliorer le confort : les luminaires de la chambre peu pratiques, la télé qui ne fonctionnait pas bien, l’absence d’un étendoir pour le linge mais sinon très pratique et calme. Possibilité de manger sur place. La piscine n’a pas été testée .. la faute à la mer.
