De locatie is de beste. Ga gewoon een beetje uit en je zult 's avonds gelukkig zijn. Een echte aanrader vanwege de locatie.

Cleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked. Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night. Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection. Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

Enjoyable city break. The hotel is perfectly located for all the local amenities and sightseeing venues. All staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The only negative about the room was that there was noise from the street and roads below. The breakfast was great with adequate choice. Hot drinks machine available 24hrs . Excellent value for money.

Obsługa i czystość w jak najlepszym porządku, jedzenia było trochę mało i brak czegoś na ciepło np. jajka lub jajecznicy.

Ha ido todo bien, buen hotel. Ofrecen bebidas, cafés sin coste alguno.

Una buena opción para visitar Cartagena. Excelente ubicación y habitaciones confortables. Desayuno un poco escaso

Don't trust the photos of this hotel if you're looking online. There are no great ocean views. The breakfast is not the greatest; definitely a bit overpriced with what is provided and its freshness. Check in is at 2 pm, but my room was not ready until after 3 pm and I had to wait in the lobby until it was ready. After at least an hour, they just gave me a different room that was not what I reserved. The room I had was spacious but it was kind of gloomy with a terrible view; and it wasn't super clean either. It is about a 15m walk to the boat docks, but close to most of the shopping, restaurants and historical sites in Cartegena. The hallways to your room are gloomy and dark. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Good value for money. Easily walked to the port, and plenty of bars and restaurants. Didn’t eat breakfast but looked nice, even though it was cold food, plenty of choice. There was free coffee or tea from a machine any time of the day. Which was brilliant.

Excellent location to explore the city of Cartagena. Parking is limited but free street parking is available 10 mins walk away. Staff were extremely helpful. Rooms were spotless and comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and had everything you would expect from cereals, cold cuts rolls and sweet pastries. We stayed for two nights, we were due to stay a third but my wife was unwell and had to cut our trip short. Great hotel, recommended. Tip for sightseeing, wait until early afternoon to visit historic sights. The cruise ship passengers will be heading back to their ships and everything is less crowded.
