Nice helpful staff. very patient to my changing order. Parking in the hotel, grate location. Clean rooms, bathrooms. We booked 31 room half hour before arriving, and every thing was very good. I enjoy the stay

The property is like a hidden oasis! It is a piece of jungle heaven in a big city. I loved this place and the service was wonderful!

Another comfortable stay! I look forward to the breakfast. We had dinner this time as well and we both really enjoyed our meal. Its so close to the airport and a very secure property. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was attractive, spacious and comfortable. It is extremely close to the airport so it was very convenient for our last night stay before boarding an early flight the next day. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

It's always a comfortable, safe and convenient stay at the Trapp. The breakfasts is great and the staff are helpful and friendly. Our go to boutique style stop over in San Jose!

Lovely setting but very old and dated. No air conditioning, fan did not work. Very close to airport and extremely noisy.

Very close and convenient to the airport when our flight arrived late. Beautiful setting, private and safe. Clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful too!
