The room looks like the picture. It’s clean, the ac and fridge were very quiet. Bed was okay. Shower was good. Had eating utensils. The only problem was the location. No where close by to eat, need to drive. Driving to old San Juan takes between 25 and 60 minutes depending on traffic. It’s very close to airport, 10 minutes

We had a quick stay at Segovia, what a clean and comfortable studio. They had everything you needed and are very helpful. Very convenient to the airport as well.

I loved the apartment. It was quaint, clean and has a nice appearance. It has parking.
The communication was poor. We only needed the room for 8 hours for an early morning flight. We couldn’t get the TV on and the WiFi was non-existent. We texted and called and was told someone will call us right back. That didn’t happen. We didn’t even get an apology.

Stay is good and room is clean and comfortable. I only stay for few hours before my flight back to USA but i hardly recommended, is nice and cheap, near to the sju airport

We enjoyed staying here. They had a few nice touches like suntan lotion in our room, since that is often something we don't pack. The kitchen was nice as well as the rest of the room. We like the area we ate at some local restaurants. It was close to the beach and the expressway.

I had a great stay. Room was nice and spacious, comfortable bed and everything you needed within reach. As the previous reviews stated there wasn’t hot water but I still enjoyed the place. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and it was easy to gain access to the room.

We stayed here 1 night. Was perfect. Easy checkin, room was clean, and we had hot water for shower.

The bed was very old, the TV has a crack in the middle of the screen, water leak in the closet, mold in the ceiling, ceiling fell down in the entrance bathroom doors wood is peeling, there’s a door with a hole in it, light fixtures are full of dust, main entrance was full of water ever time we came in.
