Please pay your employees for what they are value. I noticed two employees Johansson and angel David two bartenders. They were the only two employees working up to 4 job duties at the time. I saw them bartend, be waiters, busboys. Dishwasher and on top of it all doing management jobs. Very impressive but if not compensated properly they will quit.

No busboys, server’s had to wait tables and bus. When you got 60 to 100 people eating not having busboys it too away from the service. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes to get a refill on coffee is horrible for a nice resort. Breakfast was the worst with waiters having to bus 30 to 40 people using the breakfast bar really took away from the guests who were ordering, had to get up 2 times and refill my own coffee from breakfast bar, just not good. Note, the waiters were great. Very friendly and helpful, just had their hands tied by not having busboys. Plus for being on an island, the dinner menu could have been better. Only ate there 3 times, took a cab and went to local restaurants.

Airport runway 500 feet from hotel with planes taking off every 5 minutes. Loud wedding with music blasting into midnight hour. Staff was friendly. Property needs upgrading but probably not worth it due to location. Would never book here again.

A few bugs in the room. We were told 21$ each complimentary breakfast & It was not the case. Otherwise the staff was fabulous

As others have stated before me this property is loud. I was pleasantly surprised that the air plane noise didn’t bother me that much it was more a problem that our room was right above where the “club” is. While this was a little annoying the music usually shut down before 11.
This hotel is perfect as it’s right on the beach. It’s hard to come by this kind of access in other places on the island. But it’s definitely a little shabby and in some cases not as clean as I usually prefer especially for the price.
Regardless I would and probably will stay here again if only for the great beach access.

Service was extremely slow at the restaurants. Hamburger was raw. The waiter cleaned off dishes instead of taking care of us.

This is a nice hotel although needs work. Our floor smelled like mildew as soon as you stepped off the elevator. Our room had a slight smell as well, the food is over priced for what you get. Be careful of the sand fleas which they do warn you about at the front desk. James the doorman was absolutely wonderful, he was so helpful, kind and funny, made our stay enjoyable.
