Mooie centrale locatie, heel warm ontvangst, ook vermelding door personeel voor gratus parking wat wel een pluspunt is. Hotel heeft ook restaurant en bar waar je lekker kan eten. Kamers zijn zeer proper gewoon iets verouderd. Ook propere badkamer met ruime douche. Het personeel maakt het verblijf compleet door hulp en vriendelijkheid. Een aanrader als je in Carnac verblijft want kort bij alles bij.

We were traveling by bicycle and the lady at the reception told us to leave our bicycles there for them to be safe. We wanted to leave at 6am and the whole place was closed and reception locked from the inside with no way to retrieve our bikes. We called their mobile numbers and were told no one could help we would have to wait 3h until 9am... Very poor service when we told the lady at reception we didn't want breakfast because we were leaving very early at 6am and even asked where we could leave the keys for checkout.
This delayed our trip on 3 hours which mean we only arrived at out destination late at night

Lovely room. Comfy beds. Would be nice if they had a sign in English saying to go to the restaurant instead of just a phone number, as the hotel doors were locked.
I speak little French and the person on the phone spoke little English. Luckily there was someone with them who could help out. Very lovely place and very nice people once we figured out how to communicate.

Good position in the centre of the city, not far from the Megalithic sites and the city museum. The staff was nice. Simple location, the rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was good, but not so abundant. It is perfect for tourists who want to visit the city in a few days.

No check in before 3pm means NO SERVICE before 3pm. Door was locked, no sign, no bell, no one answers the phone. We waited a while on a dirty street with bags and kids and then gave up and got another hotel. We went back the next day to ask for a refund but we were refused. Apparently the hotel has fallen on hard times during covid and they couldn’t afford to refund our money eventhough we didn’t stay there and no one had been there to let us in. Not sure with the combination of zero compassion, bad service and difficult market conditions, that the hotel will be in operation much longer. Anyway, best avoided.

The location was excellent. The room was perfect for us as it was large, quiet and with 3 comfortable beds. We appreciated the breakfast. I enjoyed the large bathtub.

Attention hôtel fermé pour le moment et ce n'est pas précisé donc à réfléchir avant de faire une réservation car on est envoyé dans un autre hôtel plus loin au bout de la rue principale de Carnac centre
