The Eminence Apartments by CLLIX

I was honestly disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I booked for a whole week at this apartment, and on our second day in I explained to the reception that our fan for the shower and laundry wasn’t working. They had someone take a look twice; ans it wasn’t till my third reminder that they switched our room, and by that stage we only had 2 nights left of the week. They do not offer any kind of room service for the entire week. We did have a washing machine and dryer, so we were able to wash towels, but a quick service/offer to replenish or change any necessities would have been appreciated. Some of the items in the room really need replacing. Like the rusted bins and the rusting chairs on the balcony. The location is ‘okay’. If you only want food, chapel street in a short walk away. But if you want to be more central to the action, it’s a little far. Walk to Vic market about 7 mins, walk to Melbourne central about 11 minutes. If you’re taking public transport and carrying a lot of luggage, it’s not the most convenient place to get to. Besides the above, the room was comfortable and spacious. Out balcony was nice, but not much of a view, unless you like people watching (watching tenants in the building across from you) or being watched.

My stay in the one bedroom apartment was fantastic. It's modern, with all the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry amenities. The balcony is massive with a beautiful view of Melbourne. The apartment was really well kept and I had no concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.

性價比不錯，房間設備很全面，最滿意廁所的壁暖毛巾架 非常人性化，锅碗瓢盆都齐全 完全够用。只是感觉沙发可能使用年限长了 感觉没那么干净。地点离卡尔顿花园很近 附近很清静。但是楼下的电车不在free zone 需要走到维妈，总体来说 还是非常满意。

地理位置很好，去哪裡都很方便，去墨爾本大學和city都很近！去附近網紅店也在步行範圍之內！房間也很整潔，住了3晚之後又續了4晚！

就在墨大學生公寓的邊上 房間寬敞舒適 缺點卧室裏竟然沒空調 衹有客廳有空調 廚房鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全 可以做做簡單的早餐 洗衣機和烘乾機非常便利 因為修路出行基本靠走

酒店地點不錯，但設施非常不錯完善，沒有排氣，非常不人性，其中一面樓間很小，造成房間空氣非常差，後來前台服務員第二天幫我換了房間，這位前台服務非常好👍，當時如果沒有她的幫忙，我己經決定不住了，再次感謝這位廣東的美女。

位置很好，步行都能到

整體都十分好，性價比位置極佳的一家酒店，reception的Ariel小姑娘真的很熱心很專業，特別為她點贊！

跟朋友一起去的，地理位置離大學近，正好碰到前台有個會講中文的，很熱心。
