Got sick after staying in the resort. The cleaning lady was sick and she used her cloth to clean her nose. Then she touched our towels.

Exceptional resort with great white staff. Very child friendly which is a huge plus being as across the street from Legoland. If that's in your itinerary, definitely recommend

We got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. Was perfect for our family of 2 kids, mom, dad and grandma. Only complaint is the king bed mattress is rock hard like OMG sleeping on the floor would have been softer. The kids beds were nice memory foam and comfy. Even the pull out sofa was more comfortable.
But the pool, and kids splash pad area are nice. Would stay here again.

Stayed during our Legoland visit, hotel was very good and walkable to Legoland. Had some activities for kids but we couldn’t explore. Kitchen is not well stocked, apart from that no complaints

This is an excellent family-friendly hotel. We loved everything about our stay. The room was spacious and in good shape - plenty of closets and comfortable beds. The kitchen was better stocked than our first apartment - had everything and was super clean. The pool and amenities are wonderful for kids. The washers and driers are always available and are new units. You can walk to Karl Strauss and legoland. We would highly recommend this place.

We stayed with our children for 2 nights in a family suite over the Thanksgiving Holiday. The full sized kitchen allowed us to cook our Thanksgiving dishes while also enjoying the company of our other family members. The staff was amazing! So sweet, friendly, and professional. The grounds were beautiful, and many enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and sitting by the fire pits in the evening. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this resort to others!

The grounds upon entry were excellent, the staff was very friendly. The rooms are very clean. However, we did not appreciate, having to wait too long for check in,. And afterwards they suggested we leave early to enter in a raffle. It seemed a little bit a big wrong room as far from ready when we arrived. Overall , we appreciated it to stay, and we would come back. We really love the proximity to Legoland as well.

Anniversary trip!
Every year we look forward on what city we are going to visit for our golf anniversary trip. This year we decided on Carlsbad CA, at the hotel we were grated by (Manny) at the front desk, very friendly, accommodating and with such great service 100% thumbs up. Hotel property is a little under construction though once inside the rooms is all a wash. Our room was roomy, clean, great views and with all amenities needed when you’re away from home. Great underground parking, great pool views overall the hotel is centrally located to all locations! I had a nice relaxing time @ Grand Pacific Palisades Resort 👍
