We stayed for two nights as a January The service is excellent. We had a really comfortable room, Housekeeping reception and restaurant was excellent.
We loved the breakfast, great choices. The sauna and swimming pool was great. Staff are wonderful throughout the hotel. We will definitely return back. Thank you!

Anniversary and birthday. Beautiful hotel looking over Cardiff Bay /Penarth. We had a room overlooking the bay on the 7th floor. Stunning views. Used the Spa and really enjoyed the hydrotherapy funnels. Try and avoid child swim times if you want a little peace. Breakfast was vast offering everything you could possibly need. Catering for vegans too. Lovely stay

Bedrooms good but bathrooms desperately need updating.
Nice pool/jacuzzi area.
Well placed for access to the bay and central cardiff.
