What a warm welcome. Immediately you feel the warm hospitality. A very nice place, in a beautiful park. The rooms have something, really well decorated and charming. And the restaurant. Excellent food and service. A good selection of excellent wines.

Beautiful hotel in one of the most fabulous cities in the world. Perfect for swimmers and golfers but a wonderful place to visit all year round. Furnishings terrific; restaurant splendid. Carcassone is a gem.

We have been coming here for 19 years and have always been so impressed by the professionalism of the staff, the attention to each tiny detail and the utterly delicious gastromic delights. It is always a complete joy. Don’t hesitate to come. Sublime

It was a home away from home, made to feel valued and welcomed. The meals were outstanding, golf a challenge, and the hostess was professional and clearly held in high regards with the staff. We will be back!

After a disastrous time with a boat on the Canal Du Midi, we , by shear coincidence we wanted to recover and spent a few more agreable days.We ended up in Le Domaine d'Auriac Relais & Chateaux, and this has been a very pleasant, surprising experience with the owners still in charge and being treated like special guests. We can highly recomment this marvel of a place and enjoy the top quality foods the chef if offering.

Incredibly relaxing hotel with warm, welcoming staff and amazing restaurant. Perfect for a romantic weekend break away from the crowds or visiting Carcassonne if you prefer. The temptation façon forêt noire is to die for!!!
