Awesome place to stay! They are repairing the beach so it is noisy during the weekdays. Other than that minor inconvenience it is great!

Very quaint and everything as seen on the pictures. Staff was awesome from the front desk to the guys at the pool are . Beach was amazing and right up front 😎🏝️🌊

The beach was excellent. The resort accommodations were very good (large rooms, pool, restaurant). The other Sanibel beaches were very relaxing.
The area is rebuilding from the effects of hurricane ian so traffic on the island could be difficult.

The resort was still under construction from the damage caused by Ian so restaurant was closed and construction noise was bad. I can’t deduct due to that, they are rebuilding and it looks to be very nice once done

This hotel is a ripoff. It cost $650 per night total but is worth about $125 per night. It is an OLD motel with a fresh coat of paint. They charge a resort charge and it’s not a resort. Just one very small pool. The beach has about 15 large excavators right in front of the hotel doing work. Avoid this place.

its right on the beach! has a pool, a bar by the pool, lots of beach towels and a short bike ride to the main street where all the shops and restaurants are, very nice!

Construction vehicles on beach next door to property. Long lines of backed-up traffic on Periwinkle and feeder streets between 2:00 and 6:30 pm. Very difficult to get to restaurants and shops on Periwinkle. Traffic caused by cars going off the island every weekday. No problem on weekends.
