Eigenlijk beoordeling 3,5 - waarom: Positief: Prachtig uitzicht op de baai en zee, prima ontbijt, koude koelkast op de kamer, ruim balkon, goede airco. Soms leuke live muziek in de avond. Verbeterpunten: Enorm gehorige kamers, als een buurman het toilet doorspoelt of moet hoesten hoor je dit. Bedden zijn te hard. In mei is het in de avond nog redelijk fris, als je dan wat warmer wil douchen gaat de douche op halve kracht waardoor je bijna tegen de muur geplakt moet staan. Vanwege veel Duitse toeristen wordt er standaard Duits tegen je gesproken, ook als je dat niet bent. Lift voor 1 persoon waardoor je soms 5 minuten staat te wachten. Samenvattend als je helemaal tot rust wilt komen op een prachtige, rustige plek dan ben je hier op het juiste adres. Zoek je echt levendigheid of zoek je animatie voor kinderen, dan ben je aan de verkeerde kant van het eiland.

Clean comfortable great position good value for money right on the beach great breakfasts staff helpful & very smart. Great choice of food at breakfast. Rooms very comfortable balcony lovely. Comfortable bed & choice of bars. Welcoming staff.

Booked this hotel for a last minute getaway and we were really pleased - the hotel is lovely and clean, staff are excellent, and a good choice of food. The location is also great - beautiful beach, nature reserve next door and restaurants in the village if you want a change on food. Fantastic sea view from the room. The clientele is older which makes for a peaceful stay. We did all inclusive which was great value although we were only there for a few days so you might want more variety if there for longer. Wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Beautiful sea view room. Excellent house keeping service and friendly, helpful staff. Great food, although more vegetarian main options would give a 5 star review. Water dispenser on each floor is amazing and a great added extra. This is a beautiful hotel, which is quiet and located in a quiet area, there is a charming nature reserve which you wouldn't find in many places and a bus stops close to the hotel, so you can visit other lovely resorts within 30 minutes or so, like Cala Bona, Cala Milllor and Cala Ratjada. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff on all stations (reception, bar, restaurant, housekeeping). Excellent swimming pool and "good tasting" drinks in the all inclusive package. Buffets dishes are not so many in variety but they were all very tasteful and of good quality. Clean well equipped room. Location: direct access to the beach with good snorkeling opportunity in light blue water. Canyamel: is a very small somewhat dislocated village with about 8 or 10 shops. For us it was a very pleasant peaceful place. Why not 5 stars: in May there were enough sunbeds but you can rent sunbeds at the pool. Maybe in high season that is necassary but I am not a fan of that system. They are no parking spaces so it takes about 5 minutes to park your car somewhere. But overall we would definitely go back.

As usual the reception, and bar staff were kind, attentive and happy to make your stay a memorable one. Rooms and common areas are spotless. We were disappointed with changes made to the restaurant. The food, though plentiful seemed to lack planning and variety. We were horrified to see metal tongs in use at the toaster when wooden ones were available last year. We will return next year as this is a wonderfully situated hotel with lovely staff but will have to reconsider the board options.

A wonderful holiday with the native by the sea. We were very satisfied with the hotel. Rooms with sea view. The food was great. We had cocktails and ice cream at the bar. Pool and beach right next to the hotel.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good beds, nice breakfast. Beautiful view from the balcony! You can see the see :) and the beautiful bay with sandy beach, and river's estuary. Nearby Cuevas de Artà, worth the visit. You can go there on food.Car rental was really close, we parked our car in the parking near the hotel, every time there was a free place to park. Canyamel is small, but really nice with restaurants and shops so it is possible to spend the whole stay here without car trips.

Excellent service for a large hotel. Good position on the beach with view over the bay. Wish it had been a longer stay but had pre booked another venue. Could not fault the service and very handy shops and supermarkets nearby
