The room is perfect for families as it’s spacious. The one we stayed in can accommodate up to six people, making it a great option for larger groups. Although it’s not located right in downtown Canmore, it’s only a short drive away. Our room also had a kitchen, which is perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals. Basic cooking utensils, such as pans, are provided, although some of them are a little worn and could be updated. The room itself is a little dated, and some of the chairs had damaged surfaces. It would also be better if the reception opened earlier, as it was still closed when we wanted to speak to someone at 8:15 a.m. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay! Spacious and clean. It was very helpful to have a kitchen in the room. Very quiet and relaxing stay.

A fantastic, spotless spot with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The mountain views are breathtaking! Dead Man's Flats is small and quiet, but the walkability to local gas stations and the coffee shop is a massive perk. Management was professional and responsive, and you can't beat how close it is to the drive into Banff.

The property was beautiful however there were things we experienced that could easily be remedied : 1) communication with your front desk is essential, provide a phone number 2) instructions for so many things is definitely needed such as how to operate the locks on the door, how to operate the TV, fireplace and most importantly how to use the furnace. It’s very frustrating having to take the time to figure all this out. We’re there to relax and enjoy - not figure out how everything works! 3) the couch where we were staying was leather I think and it was extremely worn plus had huge holes & tears in it. Not impressed! 4) the patio furniture was old and very worn as well. We could see the unit right beside us was much newer and looked so much nicer! 5) emptying our own garbage is ridiculous, that should be the cleaning crews job, not ours !!!!! We tried but couldn’t even find the proper place to dispose of the garbage! We really appreciated and liked the person we had to deal with at the front desk, she was awesome!

The accommodations were great. Unfortunately not all suites were equally equipped. Also, they are showing their age. Could use a refresh. That being said, yes the staff were very helpful. Although seemed odd the office was not open at 10 am.

We enjoyed staying at Copperstone Resort. Our unit was very clean and well laid out. We have a little dog, so require a pet friendly place and we had an end unit with easy access to the outside area. Like that there’s a stream and walking path right behind. Would definitely recommend

Stayed at this property many times in the past and really enjoyed it, this time not so much, becoming run down, showing age and show the fact that most of property units are now Air BNBs. Now maid service for clean towels and you take out your own garbage, not used to that when paying for a hotel!! No one at front desk all day to ask question if need anything. So if want the hotel experience this property is no longer it.
