Incredibly rude staff. So disappointed. Following miserable service wrote to the hotel and never even got a reply. Unbelieveable! The spa facilities were out of order. The staff couldn't have cared less. I certainly won't be recommending to friends or family.

Hotel has been revamped with some added extras…coffee now in the room, dining room expanded to hold morning breakfast buffet and room service. For the cost these were needed upgrades. The restaurant food was excellent as well as the waitstaff.

We stayed in the residents apartments not in the hotel. The apartment had an amazing view, was very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. The location is superb .. neat enough to the cafes and bars but not on top of them.

SITUATION DE L HOTEL EXCEPTIONNELLE. BELLES CHAMBRES AVEC VUE SUR MER (coin WC peu pratique et cadre poussiéreux). THALASSO de bon niveau. Très bon restaurant. Tout le personnel (resto, chambres, thalasso, accueil....) est très agréable et à l'écoute, avec une mention à particulière au barman, au maitre d'hôtel et au pâtissier qui nous a régalé tous les jours.

Hi, beautiful position big rooms. We asked to change room as toilet was in separate cubical and it was so small and awkward you couldn’t sit properly. We were staying for 7 nights. Reception said hotel was completely full so couldn’t change. This was completely incorrect as we saw several guests checking in and out over the week! Good in restaurant was perfect. However they were short staffed every night and service was chaotic. French Maitre de was incredibly unhelpful and ignored us most evenings , we thought it was because everyone else was French and did we hear us being called ‘Les anglais!’ We are in the restaurant 5 nights. On leaving and paying our bill there was no ‘thank you’ or hope you enjoyed your stay, or any acknowledgment at all! Very very poor service. Rosamund Levinson

Absolutely brilliant hotel Great staff especially the bar man Great facilities spa was fantastic as was the gym. Great pool and so so close to a great beach Food was great, good room service and a great breakfast We were going to travel out each day but there was no need as we had everything we needed

A perfectly situated hotel, next to the beach. The hotel has a nice pool with enough sunbeds. Friendly personnel, we had a large well equipped room with excellent pillows. The matrass needs to be replaced however. Good breakfast, lost of choice. For dinner the menu is a little limited. But there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Hotel, surrounding with pool and restaurant very beautiful. Food OK. Very friendly staff. On our last evening at the restaurant I left a small armless west hanging on my chair. Before our departure the following morning I did not notice the loss. The staff of the restaurant could have contacted as by our table reservation, but they did not even try. Two days later we phoned and the hotel told us they had found my vest and would send it via a transport company, which would send us an estimate of the transport costs. After a few days I received this estimate, but when I called them they told me, that they could not pick up my vest at the hotel because there it got lost again. When I called the hotel, they confirmed this. After another week the reception called again said they had no success with my vest. They offered me a voucher, which I declined. Never in my life will I visit this hotel once more, because the only explanation for the loss of my vest is that somebody stole it.

The spa is excellent, avoid the restaurant, the staff (except for Valentine who was adorable) is unpleasant specifically the Maître D (Mathieu) who “unwelcomes” you at the entrance of the restaurant. We waited for ever to be served, received our entree 1:30 after being seated & when I told our host (Mathieu) he said; “I am not in the Kitchen” 😡😡😡🤬 So beware! Before our restaurant experience I was thinking about coming back to the hotel but now I probably won’t be but will come back to the Spa;)
