Golden Tulip Goa Candolim

Stayed for four nights after touring Northern India. First impressions we're poor, there were trays of toom service left outside rooms on our floor for more than 15 hours. I've never experienced that anywhere, ever before . Understaffed, perhaps..? Breakfast was average in terms of food but hot drinks were below average. Room was average/good but sadly we arrived and found the bedding hadn't been changed prior to our arrival and when we brought this to the reception teams attention, we were basically ignored and no apology provided. We requested the bedding be changed, it was but the replacement bedding was damaged with holes in it and heavily stained. Really very disappointing!! No hand towels issued either despite requests. The hotel was noisy at night, this was the guests, not the staff though. Those who were staying on our floor were incredibly disrespectful towards other guests. Staff were not unfriendly but weren't particularly friendly either. Service in the restaurant was good but if you wanted a drink or food throughout the day or to get the bill thereafter it was a ridiculous wait and had to chase up several times. Pool staff were great, but pool loungers we're metal and were difficult to change their back position due to perished metal fittings. They also got extremely hot and were liable to cause discomfort if you touched the armrests for example. ***agement were chatty and wanted to provide good service but this wasn't felt amongst the staff towards us. Overall we were happy to be leaving after our short stay and wouldn't want to return as is. Such a shame :(

It was a ausaom hotel staff was too competitive and friendly room was clean and spetius it was a amesing experience to us good food all tast is good the best part is play zone kids was enjoying very much location is also good its near by the candoliom beach.😀👍

I just came in hotel early and with my family and kid so I asked about early check in so I got good response from reception team they allotted me room and I saw staff is very professional and polite and friendly with kids I want thanks to them specially thank you duty ***ager rahul

- Beautiful views of the fields; old buildings and the temple. - Good choice of breakfast, mildly spiced, great taste - Wonderful rooms (deluxe, imperial): spacious, clean, wide balconies. - Two big pools, plus kids pool with swimming rings. Didn’t like the attitude of some staff. However, Rupali, Sales ***ager, was very nice, professional and friendly. We planned to stay for 3 days, however left next day because the only pool available was very stinky and cloudy, in general the pool area is very unpleasant.

Excellent service , good ambiance and pool was too good, and the gym too had really great vacation Must recommend place to stay Special thanks to Rahul duty ***ager for always being available for the service, he upgraded room for us Also thanks to Soham.

A warm welcome of the guests. The staff is extremely cooperative and understanding. That exhibits their concern for the guests. Guests are briefed about the facilities provided by the hotel. After a long travel we just found ourselves landed at the cozy destination. Thanks for sohom,srijana ,duty ***ager rahul

Great hotel with great food...staff is also so good especially Anjali..She is great staff of golden tulip with golden heart...she always greet with smile...awesome breakfast in restaurant.....thank you so much Anjali we will come again with family also....just because of her(Anjali) we will come

Very good hotel..nice hotel...very good food...check-in was so smoothly and front dest staff especially Anjali she is so nice and humble nature girl..She gave early check-in and good room to us..... environment is also so good...I will suggest everyone only because of Anjali...So thank you Anjali......

We stayed at 3 different places in a week, and must say Golden Tulip was our best rated stay overall. Our check in time was 3 PM but thanks to Anjali, she got us checked in by 12 PM. The best customer service representative who took care of every little thing for us. The variety of breakfast items was good. The variety in the mini bar in the room considered every age factor and the rates were pocket friendly. Our next stay definitely is gonna be Golden Tulip. Once again a big thanks to Anjali 😊👍 All the best team Golden Tulip 👍
