We booked this property going by the brand & found the hospitality to be as expected Front desk was helpful, checkin was very quick Charan at the front desk was very helpful He is a cheerful guy & has a bright future in hospitality Rooms were bit smaller than expected Food was very good , breakfast spread was large Would recommend this property

Excellent service over all ! They accomodated our every request and we're very cooperative. Came here with a group of 25 people. All had good reviews. Neat and tidy rooms. Good location. Food was average, though it's subjective from people to people.

Excellent service, house keeping service v good, room is v comfortable, food v tesy, sujay, Bhavesh, viswajit, prshan staff is careful for me and all service is v Excellent. Hotel decorations superb and green plants beautiful

Great stay , the ambience was good the rooms nd the staff were very friendly really had a good experience the location itself is in the hot of the the city so you have a lot of options the beach is just in walking distance with the service of housekeeping was excellent mr Prashanth , Rajesh , Sarvesh, gem rink and Bhavesh were great host

Nice property. Recommended if you're planning your stay in North Goa. Very clean, rooms are decent in size, hygienic. The breakfast spread is very good. The swimming pool is well maintained. Thanks Sushmita for taking such wonderful hospitality.

Hospitality was awesome. Menu and preparations of almost all the food items were outstanding. Mr Asim and Mr Valency took a lot of care at restaurant and made our stay very pleasant . Wish to join again

Ajay, Sagar, Krishna and Valency were good and humble. Good service at restaurant and house keeping was good. They greet the guest very nicely. Drinking water is hugely available and no one remains thirsty. Coolers can be installed in waiting area.

I really appreciate the way Sagar, Krishna went out of the way to provide for what I asked for breakfast. Attention to details was really high. I could feel the warmth when some adjustments were required in the tea I ordered. I am very happy that the ***ager (Sandeep) has kept the standards really high for the entire team. The staff is very accommodating welcoming keep up the good work. Looking forward to visit again. 👍

The hospitality from sagar Krishnan, valency and ajay was the best.... They gave us an amazing experience. Thanks a lot for the best tea u guys served us 🫶 Except for the ***ager in the restaurant. He was really very rude with us. He looks very experienced but has no qualities of a staff working in hospitality department. I was surprised see the kind of behavior he had. He was humiliating people sitting there. Because of such people the efforts of entire department gets a hit.
