We had an excellent stay and dining at NOVOTEL resort and spa Goa. The Food exchange quite spacious, excellent team proactive and committed. Quality of food is really yummy. The team under the leadership of Anjan and his deputy Shailendra. I take special mention of Ms. Subhadra, Nupur, Simran, Mr. Sanjiv, Prasenjeet, Rahul,Souvik and Shibu for their untiring service and never say no attitude. My best wishes with this Team of Novotel. Thank you all for your services. We enjoyed our food and stay.

Rahul & Krishna vaibhav shaikendra and nupur and shuba is a very good person . Resturent is very nice. And staffs are very good room size is small compared to other hotel and staffs are very helpful play ground is very nice parking zone is very narrow

Food is average but service is to good ...staff is to coperative specially shubhadra and shelendra in restaurant.....will definately visit again one the best place to have your meals...great hospitality and interior is also good...see you soon guys....

Property was very beautiful food was very tasty and service was very quick we enjoyed are vacation staff was very friendly spicaly thank you simran shilendra my Little bby attech with simran rest team was very good we will visit again thanks for Novotel

Extremely comfortable stay with excellent location. Had a big group split between the 2 novotel properties. Ms susan, Mr Arpan and Ms pooja at the front desk made sure for a swift check in . Ms ZEBA - the composed and courteous Gm of the property stood all the time to make sure everything went as per our requirements. Highly recommended property with skilled staff.

NOT WORTH THE 5-STAR TAG - Morning buffet breakfast is good. That's the only thing that is good. Although other 5-star hotels in Goa could be better than Novotel. - Hotel location is pathetic. Congested entrance. Small lobby. All you can see from the room balcony is the TRASH in the neighbourhood that brings a LOT of mosquitoes and other insects. - Rooms are super small and can barely fit 2 persons. Not even enough space to store the luggage pieces. Forget about roaming space left afterwards. - Food choices are limited. Italian restaurant closes 8PM! The other so-called multi-cuisine restaurant cancelled buffet dinner without prior notice. - You need to remind the hotel staff SEVERAL TIMES before your luggage arrives in your room. You will do the same if you need to ask for toiletries, water or anything for that matter. Develop your follow-up skills. - Cleaning who cares! Commodes are pretty bad. Hotel ***agement could not care less.

Excellent location walking distance from beach and market, courteous staff, new rooms and good amenities. Very good pool and pool bar. The breakfast spread is quite good. The staff is well trained and very soft spoken and attentive and preemptive to the needs of guests.
