Excellent service and good hospitality by the complete team members.specially we are very much happy with Krishna,Rohon, ,Rahul,subadhra and shailendra in dining section as a unit.happy to visit again . one more thing the food is very good

Rahul, Pravat, and Shailendra organised a birthday celebration under the guidance of Prasenjit - overall experience was fantastic and they extended their hospitality as if like we were their family. The set up at Cabana was mesmerising. Keep doing such work guys

The staff was very prompt and helpful. They were extremely accommodative of all our needs. We didn’t have any specific problem while communicating with any of the staff members. All were polite and understanding. Ms. Susan helped us a lot as we’re constantly going back and forth in terms of room changes. We really appreciate her for taking the extra effort to make sure we have a comfortable stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to be back again.

Just wanted you to know that Susan, the manager at the front desk is an extremely patient professional and helpful person I have ever met at any of the five stars I have been to in Goa...a special thanks to her and she should really be the front face of your customer service team ..I was very frustrated when I checked in but she called me down and gave me the best possible service she could....however you must look after the pool facility which is extremely bad at the hotel...moreover the vendors are available at their back and call..not at ours.....so this is my feedback for Novotel...I came here 5 years back and had a great time...but this time my experience was very very bad just because of the facilities.....but again thanks to Susan il still give you guys a 5 star ratint

Our family stay at Novotel Goa Spa and Resorts was fantastic. The serene location, luxurious rooms, excellent dining, and friendly staff made it memorable. The kids loved the pool and play area, while we enjoyed the spa. Highly recommended! The check in was smooth

Wonderful stay at Novotel Every staff was very good Front desk staff mandavi shweta shambhavi and mandavi was really very very good and helpful Only one concern that swimming pool has to be maintained Love to stay again to this property....

I stayed for 5 days and my stay was amazing. Special thanks to mandavi , anil ,khem and the team very helful the food was great and their service was out of this world. Also like to thank mandavi and khem for their prompt service. Thank yoh novotel goa rwsorts and spa

Service of restaurant staff is really good.. especially Rohan at restaurant..he is very nice and good handler...must visit hotel .. excellent experience..Only one thing problem swimming pool was not so clean ..need to improve swimming pool area ...

I having the stay with u all the breakfast spread was good. While having the breakfast the staff how attent us mrs. Nupur, subhadra, simran,rohon,vaibhav ,rahul,aditya,pravat each and every one help us a lot. At lunch time the staff serverd every thing properly they take care of my family very well. Thankyou for a lovely stay. And spical thx for engg department they also lookafter small thing which we requried in rooms thx for every thing. I will spicealy recommend this property to all my friends.
