Als je het vliegveld verlaat, huur dan een auto. Het is 5 keer de gebruikelijke prijs. Het is te laat en te moe om je er druk om te maken. Als je je bagage erop zet, betaal je het retourtarief. Ik zei Ik kom niet terug om de heen- en terugreis te betalen. Ik stopte en er was geen warm water in de kamer toen ik er introk, maar andere diensten waren in orde.

I love the hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food in the Italian restaurant is awesome!
Great location next to the beach.
Although there are not many activities in the hotel, it is quite, cozy compare to the busy area.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway.
12mins taxi ride from airport.
Felt warm and welcome at the hotel.
Super 5 star services by all staff - very attentive and polite.
I choose all inclusive package and literally get to eat and drink as you like at any restaurant and pool bar.
Food and drink are fantastic.
My room view and pool is awesome that make me no wanting to leave the hotel during the stay.
Strongly recommend and will come back again.

The hotel has a great location with nice blue beach. The spa pool is amazing. The food quality is good, Mexican food is great but others like Italian are okay.

這酒店我是第二次住，之前一次是4-5年之前，房間面積比較小，設施相對比較陳舊了，餐廳出品已經沒有之前的好，就是性價比還可以，一般般吧，可能是現在自己要求不一樣了吧，如果再去坎昆我會選擇另外的酒店。
