Schrijf nooit een recensie. Ik kan er niet tegen vandaag. Toen ik de kamer binnenkwam. Er was een zeer sterke geur van verf en er was haar achtergelaten door de vorige gast op het bed. Ik belde de receptie 3 keer om van kamer te veranderen. Ik wachtte vijftig minuten. Elke keer zal de receptie zeggen dat er iemand zal komen om me te helpen. Maar er is nooit iemand gekomen. Ik ging zelf naar de receptie om de sleutels van de nieuwe kamer te halen. Ik kwam erachter dat de sleutel van de nieuwe kamer niet werkte. Ik ging weer naar de receptie om de sleutel te halen. Kwam naar een nieuwe kamer. Het bleek dat er nog haar was achtergelaten door de vorige gast op het bed. De deur op het balkon ging ook niet open. Dit is het slechtste hotel dat ik ooit ben tegengekomen. Ik heb het gevoel dat thuis beter is dan dit hotel. Vergeten foto te maken. Maar de zinnen zijn waar.

The location was ideal, the beach was beautiful and there were always chairs and parasols available. The service could be a little slow, but that is expected for a large resort. The food was not always great, although it was never bad, but we had some average meals. The rooms are large and well appointed, I loved having a washer dryer and full size kitchen. We will definitely be back.

unfortunately due to our late arrival, we did not receive the ocean view room we paid for but instead the last available room on the backside of the resort with a view of the storage shed etc..after working extremely hard, I wanted to spend a romantic few days with my boyfriend without any distractions.
Management were nice and offered a refund, however pointed out to me that this is a timeshare resort and as it was the holidays, timeshare owners took priority.
I found it odd that I could even book a timeshare resort if this is the case. I also didn't particularly realize that this was a timeshare resort or I would not have booked as I prefer a hotel.
After a couple of other issues, we returned home the next day and spent the remainder of our vacation at our own homes.
I would say it has also left a bad taste for booking via this platform in the future.

The pools were the most amazing I’ve ever seen. Service was excellent as well, particularly Manuel at the Duna sports bar.
The only negative was finding available chairs by the pool, and being pressured to buy a timeshare.
