酒店前台服務非常差.餐廳也很一般.設施也很一般.頂的房間是套房一大床房.給我們的房間是兩張單人床.去找前台理論 .前台的意思是沒有其他房間了你們愛住住 不愛住我們也沒辦法.一點表示也沒有.來過4次坎昆.這次酒店是體驗感最差的.雞差

Only best thing about this hotel is their friendly staff. Buffet manager and staff was all amazing also Spa personal Alfie was was beyond amazing!

The vibe in the resort is not welcoming ; the servers are always expecting gratuity , even if it’s not busy if you don’t tip you will wait for a long time. The rooms are outdated and the mattress and pillow very hard and uncomfortable.
The stake house is not included in the dining options, only if you pay $$$ and reserve in advance!
The Mexican restaurant was terrible and the service as well.
Check out is at 12:30pm we left the room at 1pm and got charged $100 USD for late check out , which is no where in their policy!
Overall I wouldn’t recommend and will not return there!
The only thing I like is the plants in the interior balconies, but not worth it!

Me and my family loved this beautiful resort. Not too many things to do for kids, but there are other things outside of the resort. Food was not too bad, the buffet food could have been more hot but ither than that it was a 10 out of 10 for us.

All the staff is very polite, kind and attentive. They greet you with smiles and always helpful. Rooms are spacious and maintained quite well. The reserve section gave us the quiet stay in the evening and access to adult only facilities.

We arrived and they did not have our room ready and tried to provide us with a different room that would not work out. After around 20 minutes they said they will give us a room with a king bed. Prior to our arrival I had spoken to the hotel and confirmed the room along with a request to have a crib and something in the room for my husband since we were celebrating his birthday. Even with me confirming this prior to our arrival, none of that was provided to us. We arrived in our room and our door was broken, mold in the bathroom, and door frames were all broken. I notified the hotel but they did not take action. Dining is very limited. Restaurants open at 6pm and the only thing open is the buffet and the taco restaurant. Two of the restaurants you have to pay extra as they are not included in the all exclusive. The staff did not speak English. Only the front desk. Every person I spoke with only spoke Spanish. Thankfully I still remember some Spanish from my school days and I was somewhat able to communicate with them. I asked the staff for a wooden spoon for my infant so I may feed him. It would of been great if they provided me with a spoon however every single worker took me to another worker who said they don’t have one even though the first day I got one from the buffet. Our trip was for 4 night. But we left after 2 night. Terrible. Would not recommend. Hotel did not provide any type of refund even with complaining&providing pics of our room.

I like the decor of the property including all restaurants. But I don’t like the food qualities over all, I can say is a bit disappointed. Also the front desk staff is not friendly and helpful. They can have more smile on their face and more friendly.

We had a fantastic holiday. The resort was gorgeous, clean, the staff was friendly and the food was varied and delicious. And you can’t beat the amazing weather and beautiful beach.
