Tried to put us in these downstairs rooms that were really dark and smelled very musty. Uh, for that much money, I need actual sunlight and no moldy smell. The woman at the front desk didn't seem very happy about having to move us.

Very friendly staff - comfortable hotel very close to the ADO bus station - good spot for a first night after flight and then handy for onward travel

Hard to believe this was in downtown Cancun because it was so quiet and peaceful once you walk past the gates and inside. Beautiful garden to relax in. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. (Bring your own lock for the locker though.)
Great location near Avenida Tulum to take a bus anywhere, including Hotel Zone, and near ADO bus station if you are taking a bus anywhere else in Mexico. I would stay here again.

Whenever we fly or take the bus in or out of Cancun, we stay here. It's clean, interesting, good beds and the people are so nice. The grounds are like our own personal jungle. It's the opposite of a high rise.

Convenient location close to the ADO bus station, a grocery store and many restaurants.
The pool on site is small, but well maintained and is a nice oasis in the busy Centro.

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and peaceful.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was clean and the property was quiet. The property itself was so cute!! 10/10 recommend.

The staff was friendly and the property was unique.
Beautiful gardens, and very peaceful.
Only downside was there was no hot water. Cold showers.
