1月16日晚上到酒店，16日和17日兩天都沒喝它自助餐廳牛奶，18號早上一不小心喝它自助餐廳一小杯牛奶，然後十分鐘後開始最嚴重的拉肚子，18號一天上廁所拉肚子22次，18號一天白天根本沒法出去玩，一天浪費了，還好晚上飛機美國航空在坎昆給換了直飛西雅圖的飛機，短的6個小時，飛機上超過12次拉肚子，拉虛脱了，空姐都嚇壞了，問要不要降落搶救，不知道是自助18號自助餐廳的食物有問題就是那一杯牛奶的問題，因為16和17號沒喝。害的18號一個白天浪費掉了。請問這種情況攜程怎麼處理？

酒店前台説沒有大床了，給我們換到隔壁加勒比索拉里斯酒店，結果説是海景房，一看不是，又回去找前台，來來回回折騰了兩個小時，才換到正常的房間。本來坐飛機過來就夠累了，還整這一出，給人印象就很差，結果入住發現酒店設施很老舊，電梯上下鍵都是反的！太搞笑了。自助餐和餐廳也不行，自助餐食材不新鮮、菜的品種少，飲料都要跟服務員説，你自助餐把飲料擺在外面會死嗎？餐廳都要預約，有的餐廳還有dress code事兒賊多！有一家餐廳我們還沒吃飽，甚至就不給我們上了，沒吃飽出去的。送餐服務非常慢，酒也不咋好喝，感覺都是劣質酒，服務員到處給使絆子，沒有一點點服務意識。唯一還不錯的就是游泳池和海灘🏖如果可以不跟人打交道，還稍微好一點，以後反正不會去這家了，嚴重影響度假體驗！

Our experience started weak but ended stronger. This resort had customer service that was unresponsive, and unhelpful when we did reach them, prior to our arrival. While drinks are included, all I could drink were bottled beers or wine because the cocktails that any barista made were the worst I had tasted - mudslide, vodka soda, pinacolada, etc. all were terrible. Maybe they do this so guests don't order much alcohol? Waiters are a hit and miss, Marco Polo had a wonderful waiter who put on a show for us, while the Caribbean restaurant by the sea had a waiter who never once got our orders right, dozens of wrong orders or forgotten items in every sitting. Airport transport has many rules - for pickup, you must order 12-24 hours in advance, outside that window you're on your own. For dropoff, you must order the day before departure, can't pre-arrange 2 days in advance and you can't arrange the same day either, add some stress to your holiday. This resort benefits from its connection to neighboring GR Caribe by Solaris as their combined facilities and the prettier design of GR Caribe make the overall resorts experience more interesting and memorable.

The hotel was nice and clean. Food was just ok. I've had better at an all inclusive resort. We only stayed for 1 night so we didn't get to enjoy the pool but it looked nice. We booked the ocean view room and I must say I'm so glad we did! The view was gorgeous. The room itself was pretty big and very clean. My only complaint about the room is we couldn't find an outlet to charge our phones.
Coming from Tulum, I booked the room for 1 night so we could relax before catching an early morning flight back home. When booking the room I read that kids were not permitted so I was under the impression it was an adult only resort. I guess I should have read the description better because this resort is very family friendly.
Service was great! From check in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great place for families, maybe not so much of your looking for a quiet getaway.

Great location all inclusive resort with great F&B options for the whole day. Very easy to arrange PCR test on-site. Would recommend and stay again

Service was good, but very small and bar/lobby closed to early so nothing to do or drink after 11pm. there should be a outside bar or something so that you can relax and have some drinks. felt like we had to be in bed at 11pm.
Go there and couldnt even eat at a resturant because everything was booked during our stay so we had to eat buffet all day.

Muy buen resort, la comida es deliciosa. Las instalaciones muy limpias. La playa tiene mucho oleaje pero se puede disfrutar con precaución.

當地的沙灘真的很美，而且酒水可以喝到飽，晚上還有表演可以觀賞，夜晚的寧靜也很舒服，來這裡絕對不會讓你失望的
