酒店位置不是在面向加勒比海的beach side, 但有免費water taxi或shuttle 去同集團的酒店。但是在其他酒店并不是全包，在沙灘熱了飲杯水都要額外收費。 酒店的餐廳也不太好吃，但種類算多。 但總括來說這家CP蠻高的，價錢算是hotel zone較便宜的選擇

Mexico and all the wait staff were amazing! We just wish the bar and entertainment lasted later. They were always smiling and taking care of people. The chef was the best at the restaurant and the food was amazing but way too much lol Thank you for a fun stay!

We had a very enjoyable time at Sunset Marina resort and yacht club. I would read it five star. Unfortunately, there was not a beach, but we are able to take the water taxi over to the Royal hotel and use the beautiful ocean. The staff was outstanding, great music and very relaxing.

Don’t feel obligated to tip everyone, but if someone does something well or special, a small tip is always appreciated. Take the free shuttle to Sunset Royal and Ocean Spa for a little variety. If you agree to hear a sales presentation, remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Enjoy the natural beauty of the land and the hospitality of the people!

We had a wonderful time here at the resort! The games were a lot of fun with the entertainment staff. They worked very hard to get the guests to participate in the activities. I even won some prizes Camilla, Adrian, Dafne, Daniela well done! It was a pleasure participating in the activities! The food and the staff were excellent and very attentive, especially Enrique at the pool bar. Come to Sunset Marina Resort for a relaxing time!

I have stayed at this resort many times and have always been satisfied. This year was no different. The staff was awesome! So friendly and accommodating. The food at all of the restaurants was amazing. The hibachi grill was an addition. We loved it. Our view from our room was absolutely beautiful. You of course can not get in the lagoon to swim but you can ride the water taxi to Sunset Royal to see the beach and water. I do have to say that is the only thing they had this year. The food we had there was not good at all. The staff was not near as friendly as Sunset Marina. Here are just a few of the names that we gathered: Marian, Esaralda, Lluvia at the pool bar. They were very friendly and the food was very good. Joshua the Chef Estelfani Williams I believe were the servers at the Hibachi grill. We really enjoyed the food and the show there. Jose has been there for years to greet you at the door. Always a smile and so helpful. We just love him! The concierge folks were very helpful and so friendly. The share lady at both Sunset Marina and Tres Rios were very helpful and friendly. All of the staff in the main restaurant for breakfast and lunch...well dinner too were amazing. They remembered us and what we had to drink. It made every meal so pleasant and relaxing. The lady who made our omelets every day was very friendly and made very good omelets. The front desk folks were equally friendly and helpful. We had issues with our toilet, sliding glass door and locked out of our safe. Each time they were very helpful and very quick to correct our issue. I really can not brag on these folks at Sunset Marina enough!! I would recommend staying here anytime. I love Sunset Marina!

If you are looking for a peaceful environment and excellent customer service – this is a gem. Although there is no beach at the resort, nevertheless we had access to the beach through one of their sisters' hotel. Consequently, we could enjoy beautiful scenery whilst a water taxi took us there for free. In fact, we were impressed by excellent customer service in the Sunset Marina Resort.Many thanks to buffet employees, especially Gonzalo, who was very attentive to all our needs. Moreover, in the resort we enjoyed not only outstanding costumer service but also free entertainment namely chef cooking experience and kayaking. In my opinion, there is only one aspect that could be improved. Adding more options for the buffet menu could prevent us of having a repetitive breakfast menu during our an 8 days’ stay as the food selection was only average in the buffet.
