在酒店區一眾全包酒店裡性價比很高，房間可能因為年代久比較普通。游泳池，沙灘，餐廳這些配套設施還不錯。

三餐、飲品、下午茶全包。buffet不需要預訂，開放時間很長，墨西哥餐廳、意大利餐廳、海鮮餐廳需要早上9點lobby預訂席位，除了儀式感十足，餐食量很少一小塊這樣。左手隔壁是個成人酒店，好多衰老的裸體。右手隔壁是公共ferry。沙灘很少人，沙很細。有可以預訂的娛樂項目。酒店圍起來一塊海域或走或遊。隔天晚上酒店有表演，也有乒乓台類康樂設施。

The hotel and staff were great. Seemed too busy. Sometimes we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated at the restaurant. Food was great at Albatros. Enjoyed nightly activities.
Cons. Beach is very small, not enough seating. Very noisy and lack of peace. 4-5 different people constantly walking around selling things. Lots of boats and jetskis zooming by all day, and constant smell of exhaust, especially from the large Isla Mujeres water taxi. If quality beach is important for your vacation, don’t stay at this hotel.
More cons: First morning they shut off our water for 10 minutes. That seemed like and eternity, when 4 people had to, you know…
AC system didn’t work at all in our room, but we managed with a fan and open balcony door at all times.
We still had a good time, but will not be staying at Occidental again.

I would recommend this location if you are looking for a nice, friendly location with great staff. The hotel isn’t huge so you never feel like it is crowded. Plenty of pool and beach chairs to lounge in. The greatest asset is their staff. They make you feel welcome and are always cheerful and helpful

The rooms smell like sewer. Too many “rules” to make a reservation… towel policy dumb and no one explains anything. Oh and the check out process… JOKE!

My husband and I stayed here the week of February 18-24 and had a wonderful time!! The staff is amazing and attentive. Daniel in the Italian restaurant and Stephany in the Mexican restaurant were both amazing!!! The beach bar was wonderful for before dinner drinks and to end the day. We would definitely return to this resort.
