Beach and sea were way beyond expectations (clear water)

For the rest of our stay, everything was great. Everyone in the hotel was very welcoming. We were supposed to check out on 19th, Jan after 12:00 pm. But at the last minute, I had a very uncomfortable experience.
I was going to the last hotel to pick up my lost items and got a taxi in the lobby. After I got in the car, the driver just went back to the patio again. And one of the doormen named Juan asked me to talk to the concierge because he was worried that I was trying to escape and sneak out. I was shocked when I heard he wanted me to talk with the front desk to explain why I need to leave the hotel. I double-checked his concerns with him. He said, “yes, I was worried that you would not come back”. I was then quite furious because I haven’t checked out yet. Besides, my luggage was still in my room. I asked him to let the office talk with me in person. After a few minutes, he just closed the door for me without any explanation or apology.
Our credit card is still on the profile and there is no need for an “escape from the hotel”. I never had a similar experience while I stayed in other Hyatt hotels. After I came back and reported to one of the staff working there. She only gave me a perfunctory apology. I was so disappointed with the attitude of these two associates today. This is not the kind of service I expect from Hyatt Zilara.

Customer service is really good. But restaurants are very limited and disappointing bcz only two restaurants are open for lunch :(

位置風景不比Hyatt Ziva差，一邊是綠松石顏色的大海，一邊是青黛色的瀉湖，不遠處是城市之眼摩天輪，還有周邊市場可以逛街。早午餐是兩家餐廳，spice是自助聚，口味一般，好在食材、調料齊全，有廚藝的可以發現美食，比如外焦裏嫩的椒鹽雞翅，特調的美味雞蛋卷， miso粉絲（麪條湯）等。 Punta Vista現點現做，面朝大海，兼得美食與美景，西餐口味，見仁見智。晚餐7家餐廳全開，總有一款適合您。個人偏愛Asian的壽司，每款都好吃。推薦大堂一角的咖啡館，咖啡甜點冰淇淋一流，比餐廳的好吃。活動挺多，重在參與，時間很容易打發。房間陽枱麪東見大海日出，出門東面可見夕陽。送福利：早上入住可以吃玩，等拿了房間繼續吃喝，退房後可以繼續吃喝玩樂到6點，有時間的可以多多享受。

일단 호텔 내부에서의 야외 뷰는 이루말할수없을 정도로 완벽합니다. 신혼여행의 최고의 순간이었습니다. 서비스와 음식도 모두 만족스러웠습니다.
