Everyone really work hard to keep up the place clean and nice.
I really loved all the entertainment and service they provided.
I was there with only 17months old baby, they had food for kids, daycare, kids pools and so much more! Great place for family.
Will definitely come back next time.

I spent 3 night. The first night the fridge was not working and I went to the reception but was told it’s will be fixed in the morning. Someone came in the morning and checked and said its working.I came back from the pool and the fridge was not working. I went to the reception twice . They told me again that someone will come and check. The next day which was my last day. I went to the reception and requested to speak with a manager. The supervisor on duty was Alan. He apologized and offer me a new room for the night and allowed me for a late check out the next day.

どこへ行くにも便利で、ロケーションは良いです。
ホテルはかなり古く感じました。
お風呂のジェットバスが壊れており使えず…
到着した日、ホテルが数時間停電し、電気やエアコンが使えず不便でした。
子供連れの宿泊者が多かったです。
レストランも予約が取れれば良いが、ビュッフェは美味しくないです。

衞生：第二天 直接忘記給我們打掃了 在酒店還丟了一件白色衣服估計被服務員收床單時一塊兒給收走了
服務：自助餐廳的牛奶是兑水的 而且上桌速度非常慢 日本餐廳是最假的 沒有任何有特色的日料 就是低配版的假中餐 就進去過一次什麼都沒吃 我相信你們也會一樣 顛覆了在坎昆對日本餐廳的認知 ☺️（來cancun五次了目前其他日料都是不錯的 除了這個酒店的日料） 還有意大利餐廳的服務員💁剛坐下就像我們推介收費的特殊菜單 這是我不喜歡的雖然我有拒絕的權利 其法餐廚師對食物的態度是最好
餐廳的話推薦 法國🇫🇷 意大利🇮🇹 和海鮮餐廳
設施：酒店的窗户是我最不能忍受的 做工質量都特別差 每一晚晚狂風般咆哮的聲音可以腦補一下 反正極度影響我的睡眠質量 對睡眠有要求的老闆三思
環境：圍繞小童打造的設施非常多 水上滑梯有好幾處 小型水上樂園 無邊泳池是亮點 還有小童電影院 有孩子的家庭可以考慮

全包酒店，包含酒店內所有消費，早中晚餐我個人覺得不錯，還有組織水上娛樂活動、晚上有演出，酒店門口搭公交車很方便，也很安全，每人衹需要12比索。

Convenient location for beach and shopping. Good restaurants also nearby but you are staying in an All-Inclusive.
Property is outdated, needs a big renovation and improvement of drinks quality.

If you are going from US you have to have a 2 star expectation…The food was not good at all. They don’t give late check out at all for an hour additional late check out they wanted to charge $50 an hour. The room conditional are not very good.

I loved that they had plenty of bars all over the hotel and there is also one club. Its not the best looking hotel but you can definitely eat and drink alot in there.
