Worst view I’ve had from my balcony-just white brick wall!
Bathroom stunk of sewerage so bad one day could really use it. Had to get up 730am to get a sunbed and still very few left then!!! Not enough beds round pool area.
Very packed and loud on the evenings and just karaoke and disco after 10pm! Not worth the money I paid

We had a wonderful time at Hard Rock, the facilities were great, buffet was the best all inclusive buffet I have had, and the nightly entertainment was great! Our family of 5 had a blast!

Luis the concierge was amazing!!! He went out of his way to set up a special birthday surprise. He communicated with me on every detail to make sure I was happy. The drinks by the pool were excellent. Dinner options were great. Excellent service

For the price the hotel is charging i feel I’ve wasted my money and not enjoyed Cancun to how I should have, the hotels food is horrible and this left us to eat out a few nights, I can’t describe how upset I am as this was meant to be for my fiancées birthday
