The hotel was okay for the price and located in the Downton area of Cancún. The staff was nice. The only downside was that I got my room assigned at the top floor and there was no elevator. The cleanliness of the room was okay.

Zeer betaalbaar hotel, verwacht echt waar je voor betaalt
Het is niet dat het slecht is, maar voor de prijs kun je geen hoge verwachtingen hebben.
De locatie is niet goed als het gaat om 's nachts uitgaan om te wandelen en je rustig te voelen op straat, omdat het erg verborgen is
Als pluspunt vind ik het leuk dat ze betaaltelevisie hebben

Please don’t recommend this hotel due to dirty hotel, they asking bay by cash. In general I had bad experience

The place is nice, I would have gave them a 5 star but it doesn’t have an elevator and we had heavy luggage and a disabled person, they gave us a room in the 4th floor so you can imagine going up the stairs with luggage and a disabled person, staff is very friendly.

The hotel had no elevator we had to carry 4 luggage to 4 levels. The neighbors looked very dangerous.

It was good that it was close to the ferry port to get to isla Mujeres. The hotel called a cab for us. We did not stay the night though because there were bed bugs in our hotel room. We got a refund and found another hotel.

Only problem was with Experian - I arrived and Experian did not paid the Hotel - so I paid the hotel and Experian reimburse me a portion of the charge for the hotel - the hotel is very clean, give you clean towels - soap - shampoo, great service and the parking is in closed. Not very fancy but is great for resting taking shower and having your rental car safe.

The hotel is in a very dodgy neighborhood and it was full of cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom (more than 20). We asked to change rooms and the new room had around 6 cockroaches. I would definetely not recommend.

Very clean and convenient. Very close to bus pick up and drop off. They place worked out well for 2 nights. However the area is a bit sketchy, would not recommend for a solo traveler
